CURRICULUM

OVERVIEW

The Hybrid Horsemanship Curriculum provides a progressive pathway for developing young horses from their first rides through the highest levels of the sport. Each level builds upon the skills established before it, combining natural horsemanship, classical dressage, and show jumping to develop the horse’s mindset, physical ability, and technical skills at every stage of development.

LEVEL 1

THE FOUNDATION

The Foundation is the framework for your horse’s future career as a top athlete. Our goal is to develop a horse that understands how to respond, thinks through pressure, and remains confident and connected to the rider when navigating new challenges.

LEVEL 2

THE DEVELOPMENT

The Development builds on the foundation through exposure, experience, and consistency. Horses are introduced to new environments, challenges, and experiences while continuing to strengthen their confidence and rideability. The goal is to create an adaptable horse that can confidently apply what it has learned in a variety of situations.
