The Junior Academy is designed for ambitious young riders who want to build the skills and experience necessary to pursue a career in show jumping. Through a combination of riding, horsemanship, and competition experience, juniors develop confidence, independence, and a deeper understanding of their horses. Our goal is to develop not just riders but horsemen with the foundation to progress toward the highest levels of the sport.

PERFORMANCE HORSE OWNERSHIP
Performance Horse Ownership offers individuals the opportunity to partner with Hybrid Horsemanship in the acquisition and development of elite show jumping horses. Each horse is selected for its talent, mindset, and long-term potential, with a focus on developing athletes capable of progressing through the FEI levels and toward the highest stages of the sport. Our goal is to create meaningful partnerships between owners, horses, and riders while pursuing the ultimate goal of senior team and Olympic qualifications.
