Gabe was born and raised in the capital of Brazil and learned to ride under Cabral Neto, a globally renowned trainer who has produced many of Brazil’s top riders. Gabe won the Brazilian Young Rider Championship during his successful junior career and then went on to ride for Rodrigo & Nelson Pessoa. During the three years he worked for the Pessoas, Gabe traveled and competed internationally, learning to produce horses to the highest levels of the sport including qualifying and competing in the World Breeding Championship in 2016. After moving to the United States in 2017, Gabe spent two years on the East Coast developing young hunter and jumper prospects. He has earned many championships in the young hunters at WEF, WEC, and Balmoral, and has earned top placings in national grands prix and Derbies.
Jessica was born and raised in Chicago and spent her junior years competing in the jumpers. She developed a passion for young horse development as a teenager and learned to start young warmbloods and thoroughbreds. After moving to California, she worked at various sales barns to learn the nuances of horse marketing and sales on the West Coast, and also spent a year working with Allen Clarke to develop young horses and resolve behavioral issues in sport horses. Jessica’s foundation in natural horsemanship is essential for teaching horses and riders to build respect for and confidence in one another from the ground up.
